Pricing questions
Straight answers on plans and billing — no asterisks.
Is the self-hosted version really free?+
Yes — the full stack is open source. Clone the repo, run one Docker command, and use every feature with no license cost.
Is the hosted Cloud free right now?+
Yes — Cloud is in beta and free to use today. Paid, usage-based plans are planned; we'll give plenty of notice before anything is charged.
Will you charge per GB of logs?+
No. When paid plans arrive they'll be usage-based on hosts, not raw log volume, so a traffic spike won't spike your bill.
Can I move between self-host and Cloud?+
Anytime. It's the same software, so you can start self-hosted and switch to managed (or back) without changing your agents.
